                Is spanking the best way to discipline children? when it deals with spanking the children, parents have different conflicting values. Some parents believe spanking is a form of abuse while others think it is a form of discipline. However, the only thing that physical punishment teaches a child is that violence is an acceptable way of solving a problem. A multi-year study shows that spanking kids makes them more aggressive later on(Time Magazine, 2010). It might be argued that as five-year-olds, the children who had been spanked were more likely than the non-spanked to be defiant*. This essay will argue that Spanking Children is a form of destruction for the formation of their personalities, not a form of upbringing them.

  

Spanking children is not a solution because it does not constitute a real deterrent to a child from repeating his mistakes, According to studies that children who receive spanking often repeat mistakes because they have not benefited from the experience made by spanking , also spanking is a major cause of depressive and inwardness for children, according to studies published in the January issue of the journal "General Psychiatry records," The children who are physically abused have an increased risk of serious depression over their lives by 59%, So that Spanking children is an instrument of destruction not upbringing .

Spanking can be physically dangerous even relatively moderate spanking , especially if you hit harder than you intended, Sometimes spanking can bruise a child,  leave hepatomas (blood blisters) or injure soft tissue.  Some children have become paralysed through nerve damage from spanking, and some have died after mild blows,due to undiagnosed medical complications. Blows to the lower end of the spinal column send shock waves along the length of the spine, and may injure the child. The prevalence of lower back pain among adults in our society may well have its origins in

It might be argued that spanking children gives faster result more than any other instrument. When you spanked a child for doing something wrong he will be afraid to do it again because he knows that the punishment will be violent and painful. However, regardless of the advantages claimed, the disadvantages are surpass them. children who are usually spanked show marks of aggressive behaviour for example they always tend for use lying to avoid the punishment and they often disobedient , as will as they also tend to use violence when they face any kind of dispute while the children who haven’t spanked often show marks of a good behaviour . therefore spanking children never can be effective in enhance their behaviour and morals .toward others  

Some people may argue that spanking could be effective sometimes especially in teaching . however , spanking create fear in students and disperses children’s attention , also causes psychological problems in the long run based on lots of experts studies . There are an alternative methods that give the same results but in more human approach . Nadine Blocks ( Executive Director of the centre for Effective Discipline an anti-corporal punishment organisation ) subtract research said that

 “ children who are spanked display aggressive and other antisocial behaviour “ ( How spanking hurts and what to do instead ) by Block . There are about 39 country around the world that banned the corporal punishment also it is stated now in the international human rights organisation that physical punishment classified as an contravention of children’s rights.Therefore physical punishment in school is less effective than the positive ways of dealing with student’s errors .

In conclusion Spanking is the worst and strict way to brought up the child ,it's could be supplement to make the child implacable so that make him repeat his mistakes in addition to a mental state , there are several ways instead of spanking sometimes with bereaving him from something he loves , any way spanking child for purpose of education is the worst way to brought up .
